FECAMDS National Rural Outreach 2022: A Resounding Success!
The Federation of Catholic Medical and Dental Students (FECAMDS) Nigeria achieved a remarkable milestone with its National Rural Outreach 2022. Held on June 18, 2022, in Mosogar community, Delta State, this event exemplified the organization’s dedication to community service.
Under the leadership of Onobrudu Emmanuella Ejiro, then National Vice President of FECAMDS Nigeria, the outreach provided:
– Health talks and sensitization
– Free medical check-ups
– Drug dispensation
– Consultations with doctors
Medical students from Delta State University and other institutions participated, offering vital healthcare services to the community.
The National Rural Outreach initiative was pioneered by Dr. Christopher Ebube Mbah, a graduate of Enugu State University of Science and Technology and former National Vice-President of FECAMDS Nigeria.
