The 2nd National Executive Council (NEC) Meeting was successfully hosted by FECAMDS UNIPORT at the Sacred Heart Seminary Rumuibekwe, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, from April 9th to 12th, 2026. A total of 100 delegates were present, which include 15 National Executive Board (NEB) members, all representing 26 different chapters.
SUMMARY OF ACTIVITIES
Thursday (Arrival Day): Delegates arrived, followed by dinner, an evening praise/prayer session, and a National Executive Board (NEB) meeting.
Friday & Saturday (Meeting Days): Both days began with morning Mass and spiritual exercises (Bible study and Rosary on Saturday). The majority of the daytime and late evening slots were dedicated to intensive NEC deliberation and critical scrutiny sessions, interspersed with scheduled meals, a chapter connect session, and an afternoon sightseeing excursion to Pleasure Park on Saturday. In the course of these meetings, two chapters were inaugurated: FULAFIA and FULOKOJA.
